Beach Detour

My first layout taking inspiration from July’s mood board, is one of the few beach photographs I’ve ever taken. I don’t go to the beach often even though I live less than an hour from a couple of beautiful, sandy, warm water ones. On the way home from an event we decided to take the long way back and stopped off to see what the lake looked like. It was gorgeous – too gorgeous, impossible to resist gorgeous. We parked, grabbed chairs out of the back of the car, and sat in the breeze listening to the waves. Didn’t hurt that we had fresh caught local perch for lunch either.
